The Ingersoll warranty covers faulty workmanship with normal usage for the lifetime of the watch. In case of defects covered by the warranty all parts (excluding battery, leather strap and buckle) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge.

Should you require work under warranty, please send your watch and a copy of your sales receipt and/or your certificate of warranty with a completed watch repair form.

Lifetime warranty excludes watchwinder and Watch Display Case.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders will be shipped within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays) from the UK and tracked by our delivery partners.

Delivery times may be impacted by ongoing postal service disruptions.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders will be dispatched on the specified date stated on your chosen item. Standard delivery times apply from the stated pre-order dispatch date. Orders that include standard non pre-order items will be dispatched together on the specified date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all international orders outside of the UK & EU on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us for any reason, please let us know immediately.

All products have a 28 day period for returns. The item must be unused and still in brand new condition and must be returned with the original packaging. You should return the product to us using a signed for service where a tracking number is provided. Be sure to include the returns form with your unused product.
